Is my PDF uploaded to any server?
No. The PDF is processed entirely in your browser using PDF.js. Cropping, rotation and the final PDF assembly all happen on your device. After the page loads, you can even use the tool offline.
Which shipping platforms does it support?
Any PDF works — the tool is universal. You manually pick the label and invoice regions, so it doesn't matter whether the PDF comes from Meesho, Flipkart, Amazon, AJIO, TataCliq, Myntra, Shopify, or anywhere else. Once you select a region, it applies to every page automatically.
What does "2×2 on A4" mean? How much paper does it save?
Instead of printing one label per A4 sheet, the tool fits 4 labels in a 2×2 grid with a dashed cut line in the middle. For 40 orders, you print just 10 A4 sheets instead of 40 — that's a 75% reduction in paper and toner cost.
Why do labels rotate 90° in the 2×2 layout?
Most shipping labels are landscape (wider than tall). Rotating them 90° lets each label occupy a portrait-oriented quarter of the A4 sheet, which makes the printed label larger and easier to read. If your crop is already taller than wide (portrait), the tool keeps it upright — no double rotation.
Can I fix one page where the auto-crop missed something?
Yes. Click the 👁 Preview button next to Download. You'll see every cropped page as a thumbnail. Hover any thumbnail and click the ✏️ edit icon to open just that page — draw a new zone and click Apply. Only that one page uses the override; the rest keep the global zone.
Does it work with thermal printers?
Yes — pick the Thermal (80 mm) output. The PDF page width becomes 80 mm and the height auto-adjusts to the cropped label's aspect ratio, so it prints perfectly on Xprinter, TVS, Atpos, Citizen and most other 80mm thermal printers without scaling.
Is there a limit on file size or page count?
No hard limit. The tool can handle hundreds of pages, but very large PDFs (500+ pages) may run slow on older devices because all rendering happens in-browser. For typical batches of 20–100 orders, processing finishes in seconds.
Can I use it on mobile?
Yes. The interface is fully responsive — touch-drag works for selecting zones, and the right panel stacks below the canvas on small screens. After downloading, you can share the cropped PDF directly to WhatsApp, Drive, or a print app.
