Is my PDF uploaded to a server?
All cropping, arranging and stamping happens entirely inside your browser using JavaScript. Your label PDFs are processed locally and are never sent anywhere — your customer data stays fully private.
How does the description & quantity stamp work?
Amazon PDFs alternate label pages (odd) and invoice pages (even). The tool automatically detects the "Description" and "Qty" columns on each invoice page, reads the product name, SKU, HSN and quantity, then stamps it on the blank strip below the matching label.
What if my PDF is scanned or image-only?
The tool needs a searchable (text-based) PDF to read the description automatically. Most Amazon Seller Central downloads are searchable. If a page is purely scanned, the label still arranges in the grid — only the auto-stamp may show "no description found" for that page.
Can I print directly to a thermal printer?
Yes. Use the Thermal Print section to generate one label per page sized for 4×6", 4×4" or 3×5" rolls, then hit Thermal Print to open your browser's print dialog and send it straight to your thermal printer.
Why are there dashed lines on the A4 grid?
The dashed lines are cut guides. After printing 4 labels on one A4 sheet, simply cut along the dashed lines to separate the labels cleanly — saving you up to 75% on label paper.
